Return Policy

LINGDORA Hair is to provide you with lace front wigs, synthetic wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces and hair care accessories that are made to a high standard of quality craftsmanship. We realize that purchasing a wig is an investment and want to ensure that your experience with us is a pleasant one that you will be happy with.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). We are not responsible for the freight and duties incurred on returns.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled, where the lace or hair has been cut or products have been applied to the unit such as glue or hair products etc. We offer refunds as long as the terms below are met, the wig is still in its brand new condition and have not installed it.

 

We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.


Order Cancel:


All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
All orders canceled within 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.
All orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours.


Return & Refund:


We do not offer refunds on returns for these situation:

* All the hair colors are show at the pictures and description, please select carefully, we cannot support refund due to your personal reason.

* Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items and custom wigs cannot be refunded.

* We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer sized or customer self designed hairpiece.

* If you buy the wrong size of wig cap or wrong hair length due to personal reasons, we do not support refund or return.

* We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or damaged by improper cleaning method.

DO NOT alter the wigs in any way:
DO NOT cut the lace
DO NOT tear the wig or rip the wig
DO NOT put glue on the wigs or adhesive on the wig
DO NOT put products on the wig
DO NOT put any chemicals on the wig
DO NOT dye the wig
DO NOT style or cut the hair of the wig
DO NOT perm the wig
DO NOT wash or condition the wig
DO NOT wear the wig

Be careful when applying or removing your wig and always follow the care instructions that are given with your purchase. We will not be responsible for wigs that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer, or any one else after purchase. Wig units that are ripped or torn by the customer are not subject to an exchange or refund.

You must read understand and agree to act accordingly to the above policy before purchasing a wig product.

 

* All refund will be handled on working days (From Monday to Friday), do not including weekends and holidays.


Custom Clearance Taxes: 


We do not accept the refund request on you refusing to sign for the parcel because of the taxes.


All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), LINGDORA Shop can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders.

Please use other shipping companies for example Fedex, UPS , DHL and USPS. When shipping wigs, please state the value price is between $ 20 to $ 30, as you will pay less tariffs. We do not accept EMS because both parties have to pay huge tariffs.

If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first; our customer representative will clarify for you and you need to ship the item back to us within 30 days (from the date the item is received). Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, including the order number, receiver and the reason why return).

 

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
